We have began using a new membership database that will allow our Church Office to be more efficient with member records and also with mailings and email. If you haven't yet--and many of you have not--please complete the form and return it to the Church Office in person or through email/mail. We also need everyone's birth dates, including the year, for our records to be as accurate as possible. Thank you for your help!
