There’s the time when “it might be nice to” do something and then the time comes when it’s, “this needs to be done yesterday”. And we are at the “done yesterday” point with our parking lot.
It has served us well for decades but the time has come. This past winter has pushed us well into that category. We have a rare moment to act while we have a very affordable estimate, and a price to lock in before expected materials costs increases come across the construction industry. This is holy ground, and holy community! Help us to keep a firm foundation for the activity and work of St John for years to come! |

Project CostsFor all of the work our estimate is $67,000. That we could get it done for less than $100K alone is spectacular. This work does NOT come cheap!
Our “measuring stick” for this campaign (as you will see a poster in the Great Room) is the good ole playground hopscotch. There are 10 squares in each hopscotch and they represent 1/10 of the goal! Can you donate a square, or $6,700? Maybe half a square, or $3,350? Maybe go in with another household to fill in a square together! Project Timing: late Summer/early Fall |
